Wizardry, a party based dungeon crawling game with a long history is finally going to have a new release in America!
The last two games, Wizardry: Tales of the Forsaken Land on PS2, and Wizardry 8 on PC were both excellent.

These games are characterized by picture stills, first person perspective dungeons, and complex party management and skills, as well as exploring traditional style mega-dungeons with secret doors, one way passages and teleporters. There were 7 critically acclaimed PC games, In 2 separate trilogies. Proving grounds of the Mad Overlord, The Knight of Diamonds, and the Legacy of Llylgamyn made up the first trilogy. Wizardry IV: The Return of Weirdna put you in charge of the evil wizard slain in the first game, in charge of monsters. A graphic and system upgrade later Heart of the Maelstrom, Bane of the Cosmic Forge, and Crusaders of the Dark Savant were released as a second trilogy - the game culminating the the masterpiece that was Wizardry 8.
